We emphasize Open Air Training, offering a diverse range of exercises such as agility drills, high-intensity interval training, tire flips, rope workouts, medicine ball routines, kettlebell exercises, and dumbbell training.Additionally, we incorporate yoga asanas and cross-training sessions on two Saturdays each month, promoting flexibility and overall fitness. For cardio, we organize mountain climbing sessions on two Saturdays each month, enhancing endurance and providing an exhilarating experience.

TSFF was an initiative founded by Mr. Mihir after he started the “Train with Mihir” Programme and realised that there is a huge talent in our Country, but there aren’t many resources and opportunities to groom these talents. As a result athletes leave their respective sport. We train as well as give the player opportunities to perform by well supporting his financial as well as sports related needs. We train the athletes to “Work” “Function” & “Perform” better, and become the best people in their respective fields. We have proudly trained more than 1,000 Athletes and Sports Enthusiasts. Our training meant not only for a particular sport but also develops All Round Fitness. We organise sport competitions such as “Fitathon”. We have our own approach and customized workout plans like “Open Air workouts” which helps the athlete perform better.
